Order Processing
At TechNest, we strive to process all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations
Currently, TechNest ships to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our services to international customers in the near future.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you by investigating the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TechNest is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately to correct it before the item is shipped.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
For products marked as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder,” estimated delivery dates will be provided on the product page. These dates are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any significant delays.
