Refund Policy

  1. Returns
    At TechNest, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earphones, opened software, or wearable gadgets may not be eligible for return once opened.

  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and TechNest is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

  3. Exchanges
    We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. Replacement items will be shipped once the return is verified.

  4. Shipping Returns
    Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or subscription codes

  • Headphones or earphones (if packaging is opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items
